Smith and Ridsdale, Oundle Commercial Bank

Smith and Ridsdale closed in 1831 but their business was combined with that of Bugg and Co to form the new Stamford and Spalding Bank, one of the first joint stock country banks. J Ridsdale became the manager of its Spalding branch.
