In 1966, a representative for Belgium and Luxembourg was appointed. This role was restructured in 1969, when the representative's role was renamed as the Benelux representative of the Barclays Group of Banks, and covered the Netherlands, as well as Belgium and Luxembourg. In 1989, Barclays Unicorn International established a representative's office within the country. All information is correct as of August 2015.
