Customer obsession is right at the heart of Barclays. But if there’s one team where this really stands out, it’s Customer Service. We get to know our customers: we hear their stories, ambitions and ideas – and then we support them to make them a reality. We’re there for people however and whenever they need us, in a way that feels personal. And we’ll always go above and beyond for our customers, whatever life brings.
At Barclays, you’ll be part of a connected, values-driven community. One where people are empowered to build their skills, confidence and knowledge; to drive their own development. After all, it’s in our very nature to help others, so we’ll always make sure our people have everything they need to flourish.
We also recognise and celebrate the individual experience people bring, and we genuinely welcome all backgrounds, perspectives and ideas. This is a place where everyone can belong, and we make sure all voices are heard – especially when it comes to growing as people and professionals.
