Barclaycard's British Summer Time festival returns
Bruno Mars, Michael Bublé and The Cure will be headlining at Hyde Park for Barclaycard’s annual British Summer Time festival.
The sixth edition of Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park will see an expected 600,000 festival-goers enjoy six days of live music from some of the world’s biggest acts.
The concerts are being held across two weekends – 6 to 8 July and 13 to 15 July – on three separate stages in the central London park, with a week of free summer activities in between, including outdoor movie nights, live Wimbledon tennis screenings, street food stalls and pop-up bars.
Pink Floyd guitarist Roger Waters will headline the opening day with an extensive set list, featuring fan-favourites such as Comfortably Numb, Breathe and One of These Days.
Saturday 7 July will see The Cure take to the stage to mark 40 years since the English rock band’s formation in a programme that will also include sets from Goldfrapp, Editors, Interpol and more.
The second weekend will be just as star-studded, with performances from Canadian singer Michael Bublé, US popstar Bruno Mars, US folk legend Paul Simon and many others.
Barclaycard customers can enjoy the music in style with an exclusive invite to the new Perk Park area of the festival. Inspired by the iconic main stages, the chill zone provides guests with free WiFi, fast-track bars and panoramic views of the entire park.
