Barclays appoints Kristin DeClark as Co-Head of US ECM and Global Head of Technology ECM

Barclays announces the appointment of Kristin DeClark as a Managing Director, Co-Head of US Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Global Head of Technology ECM.

Ms. DeClark joins Barclays with close to 20 years of experience in Banking, most recently as Global Head of Technology ECM at Deutsche Bank. In 2015 Ms. DeClark rejoined Deutsche Bank, where she started her career in 2001, after having spent close to eleven years at Credit Suisse in senior ECM positions. Ms. DeClark has performed key roles in the IPOs of a number of high profile companies including the recent IPOs for Dropbox, Tencent Music and Snap.

Barclays is ranked number 3 in US ECM year to date, having led one the largest equity and convert offerings of the year for Danaher Corporation. Barclays is also ranked number 5 for both global Technology M&A and global Technology DCM. Barclays has served as joint-book runner on the three largest Investment Grade bond offerings in Technology year to date, having performed lead roles in separate transactions for IBM, Dell Technologies and Lam Research Corp.

Ms. DeClark will start at Barclays in June 2019 and will be based in Menlo Park, California. She will report to Brian Reilly, Global Head of ECM.
