Hatters Hostel reveal major makeover in Manchester

Hatters Hostel on Hilton Street in the Northern Quarter has opened its doors​ ​to​ ​reveal​ a ​major​ ​new​ ​refurbishment​ thanks to a £750k financial injection from Barclays who continue to support the growth of the business.

A​ ​total​ ​of​ ​15​ ​hotel-standard​ ​private​ ​rooms​ ​with​ ​42” ​plasma​ ​Netflix​ ​TVs​ ​and​ ​20​ ​dormitory​ ​rooms have​ ​been​ ​added​ ​to​ ​the​ ​swanky​ ​new​ ​Hilton​ ​Street​ ​property.​ ​Each​ ​dormitory​ ​includes​ ​privacy panels, ​ ​reading​ ​lights​ ​and​ ​private​ ​lockers​ ​alongside​ ​super-fast​, ​free​ ​WiFi, free breakfast​ ​and​ ​24​ ​hour​ ​room service.

Over​ ​the​ ​past​ ​14​ ​years, ​Hatters​ ​Hostels​ ​have​ ​provided​ ​a​ ​fun​ ​and​ ​social​ ​city​ ​central​ ​base​ ​for the​ ​budget-conscious​ ​traveller. ​​With​ ​over​ ​50,000​ ​young​ ​independent​ ​backpackers​ ​passing through​ ​its​ ​door​ ​annually, ​Hatters​ ​is​ ​one​ ​of​ ​the​ ​major​ ​driving​ ​forces​ ​for​ ​youth​ ​tourism​ ​into​ ​the great​ ​city​ ​of​ ​Manchester.
