Pay Gaps Disclosures
2024 marked the eight year for which we have reported our UK gender pay gaps, and the seventh year we reported our UK ethnicity pay gaps. Details can be found in the UK Pay Gaps 2024 (PDF 1MB) disclosure.
In December 2024, we published gender pay gaps for Barclays Ireland for the third time. Details can be found in our Ireland Pay Gaps 2024 (PDF 802KB) disclosure.
