At Barclays, our commitment to the LGBT+ community transcends everything that we do. Championing equality, understanding, respect and inclusivity for the LGBT+ community is important to us. That’s why, as part of our Premier League and Barclays WSL partnerships – and as a member of Team Pride - we’re proud to support Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign. Tooting Bec Women's FC is a club that strives to celebrate inclusion in many ways. Watch the club members talk about the importance of campaigns like Rainbow Laces and how football has the power to bring people together. As recipients of the Barclays Community Football Fund, groups like this can access grants which help them to keep offering inclusive football for all.
We’re committed to creating real change and promoting equality for the LGBTQ+ community. And to do that, we need to make our voices heard and keep the conversation flowing. So this year we’re encouraging everyone to Lace Up and Speak Up.
Alongside the Premier League, Barclays WSL and Team Pride, we will encourage allyship in football and make a real difference to people’s lives.
