Barclays Women’s Super League

20 September 2024
The Barclays Women's Super League is back this weekend, and the stakes have never been higher. The Barclays WSL is the most followed women’s domestic league in the world, and it is only going to keep growing. Last season the cumulative attendance for the Barclays Women’s Super League and the Barclays Women’s Championship surpassed one million for the first time.
This week six games will be played featuring all 12 Barclays WSL clubs - including newly promoted Crystal Palace, who face Tottenham in their opening fixture. The first game of the season sees the reigning champions look to begin their title defence against Aston Villa.
