Employee Resource Groups

Here’s how we are creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive Barclays

Our global employee resource groups (ERGs) play a critical role in achieving Barclays' ambitions for diversity and inclusion. They provide valuable support and advice, create development opportunities, and raise awareness of issues, challenges and initiatives. They also support our campaigns and build relationships with colleagues across Barclays and with external organisations in the communities where we operate.

Every ERG is open to all employees who wish to support the business in accomplishing its diversity goals and creating an inclusive culture.
